PMAY-G के लिए apply करना चाहते हैं लेकिन confuse हैं कि कौन से documents चाहिए? मैं आपको हर document के बारे में detail में बताता हूं – क्यों जरूरी है, कहां से मिलेगा, और कौन सी गलतियां avoid करनी हैं।
आधार Card – सबसे जरूरी Document
यह आपकी पहचान का proof है और बिना इसके application start भी नहीं होगा।
क्यों चाहिए? PMAY-G में सभी payments DBT के through सीधे account में आते हैं, और DBT के लिए आधार mandatory है।
कहां से मिलेगा? अगर अभी तक नहीं बना है, तो nearest आधार center जाएं। Update करवाना है तो भी वहीं जाएं।
Common mistake: पुराना आधार card जिसमें address या mobile number update नहीं है। Application submit करने से पहले जरूर update करवा लें।
Bank Account Passbook
आपका bank account active होना चाहिए और आधार से linked होना चाहिए।
क्यों चाहिए? सभी installments इसी account में आएंगी। अगर account details गलत हैं तो पैसा नहीं आएगा।
कहां से मिलेगा? अपने bank branch से latest passbook print करवाएं। सिर्फ 2-3 महीने पुरानी नहीं, बिल्कुल updated होनी चाहिए।
Common mistake: Account inactive होना या आधार से linked नहीं होना। Application देने से पहले confirm कर लें कि linking हो चुकी है।
Income Certificate (आय प्रमाण पत्र)
यह prove करता है कि आप BPL category में आते हैं।
क्यों चाहिए? PMAY-G सिर्फ economically weaker sections के लिए है। Income limit के अंदर होना जरूरी है।
कहां से मिलेगा? Tehsil office या online portal से apply करें। कुछ states में Gram Panchayat भी issue करती है।
Common mistake: बहुत पुराना certificate लगा देना। Latest financial year का certificate होना चाहिए – 2025-26 का लगाएं।
SECC 2011 Data Printout
यह आपकी eligibility का base है।
क्यों चाहिए? PMAY-G list SECC 2011 survey के basis पर बनती है। अगर आप इसमें नहीं हैं, तो technically eligible नहीं हैं।
कहां से मिलेगा? PMAY-G portal से download करें या BDO office में मांगें।
Common mistake: SECC में नाम है लेकिन printout साथ नहीं लगाया। हमेशा attach करें, भले ही optional लगे।
Ration Card
Family size और identity verification के लिए।
क्यों चाहिए? यह prove करता है कि आप उसी area के resident हैं और family में कितने members हैं।
कहां से मिलेगा? Food & Supply Department office से या online apply करें।
Common mistake: Family member का नाम ration card में है लेकिन आधार में spelling अलग है। Matching होनी चाहिए।
Land Documents (जमीन के कागज़ात)
अपनी जमीन होना जरूरी है जहां घर बनाना है।
क्यों चाहिए? Government किराए की जमीन पर घर नहीं बनवाती।
कहां से मिलेगा? Revenue office से land records की copy लें। Khasra/Khatauni number जरूर mention हो।
Common mistake: Land अपने नाम नहीं है या बंटवारा नहीं हुआ है। पहले registry करवाएं।
Self-Declaration Form
यह declaration कि आपके पास कोई दूसरा pucca मकान नहीं है।
क्यों चाहिए? PMAY-G का benefit सिर्फ homeless या kachcha मकान वालों को मिलता है।
कहां से मिलेगा? BDO office से form मिलेगा या PMAY-G website से download करें।
Common mistake: Signature नहीं करना या date missing रखना। हर जगह properly fill करें।
Passport Size Photos
Recent photos – 2-3 copies रख लें।
जब सभी documents ready हो जाएं, तो PMAY-G list में अपना नाम check करें और देखें कि आपका application कहां तक पहुंचा है। हर step की जानकारी वहां मिल जाएगी।
सभी documents एक file में organize करके रखें और हर document की 2 copies बना लें – एक submit के लिए, एक अपने record के लिए। All the best! 📄
